THE BRIEF

Color Trend is one of AVON Global’s color cosmetic lines for millennials. The brand needed a refresh to give it a more youthful and vibrant image that would resonate with its core customer base.

approach

In partnership with the brand copywriter, we developed the strategy of ‘makeup for the moment’ to convey the idea that the brand is a tool for our our target persona to experiment with the latest trends and express herself.

In collaboration with a type bureau, I developed a hand-lettered typeface used globally. As the lead creative on the brand I directed both my team members and many shoots both in the studio and on location to create a wide variety of click-worthy assets across all global marketing channels.
